Coastal works

Along this coast, from Buitan to Candidasa, a new promenade and a replenished sand beach are being built (a government coastal project funded by JICA). No official completion date has been announced for this stretch; according to Indonesia's state broadcaster RRI, the project as a whole is expected to run until 2028. Until the work here is finished, the beach cannot be reached in many places and there may be construction noise. Once it is finished, we will check this property's position again.

Oceanfront Citakara Sari Villas is near Candidasa. The complex consists of three traditional Indonesian villas in a single garden of 5,230 m². The three villas are only rented out together. Each villa has two bedrooms and its own living pavilion. Together there are two master suites and four guest bedrooms. Four rooms have a king-size bed, two a queen-size bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen.

From the ten-seat dining table, the sea is visible during the day. The infinity pool measures 17 by 7 metres. For children, there is a separate paddling pool. The Joglo villa has its own spa with a sauna and a granite bath. The grounds also include a private tennis court and a large lawn. Seven staff work there, and cleaning is part of the services.
