We read everything, but a reply can take a few days.
What helps us most
A correction about a position. Is something wrong in what we write about a hotel — is there a road in between after all, or none, is the sand not sand? Tell us. Name the hotel and what you saw. A photograph is the most valuable thing; with the date in it if possible.
A hotel we are missing. Is a property on the sea and not listed here? Send the name and the place. We will measure it and see whether it belongs.
A hotel that has changed. A new sea wall, a beach washed away, building work, a new name, closed. The coast of Bali does not stand still.
What we cannot help with
Bookings and changes. Bali Seaside rents nothing out and takes no bookings. Your reservation runs through the booking site or the hotel itself; only there can you change or cancel it. We have no access to your reservation.
Paying for a higher position. Not possible. The order and the label follow from the measurement and the check. Hotels that fail our test are not listed — not for payment either.
For hotels
If your property is listed here with a label you believe to be wrong, we would like to hear it, with evidence: a photograph from the grounds towards the sea says more than a description. We will change it if it holds up, and we will state the date on which we looked again.
