Coastal works

Along this coast, from Buitan to Candidasa, a new promenade and a replenished sand beach are being built (a government coastal project funded by JICA). No official completion date has been announced for this stretch; according to Indonesia's state broadcaster RRI, the project as a whole is expected to run until 2028. Until the work here is finished, the beach cannot be reached in many places and there may be construction noise. Once it is finished, we will check this property's position again.

A low rocky coast, a retaining wall, no sand.

Luxury Villa Perla in Candidasa consists of three villas: Villa Ganesha, Villa Legong and Villa Saraswati. Together they are suitable for up to six people. The villas combine modern and traditional Balinese architecture, with thatched roofs. Each villa has one bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe and air conditioning. The bathroom has a bath and both an indoor and an outdoor shower. Each villa has 61.6 m² of indoor and outdoor space.

In addition, there is a living pavilion, a dining pavilion, a yoga pavilion, a kitchen and a spa room. The 63.4 m² living pavilion is decorated in traditional Javanese and Balinese style. The infinity pool is 33 metres long. A chef prepares Balinese and Western dishes. Guests can have a traditional Balinese massage or do yoga.
