The lawn runs to the edge of the beach with a low stone border. The building site to the east belongs to another project.

Seseh Beach Villas consists of two adjoining villas in the village of Seseh. A shared garden gate connects them, and together they have eleven bedrooms. Villa I has a symmetrical two-storey main building. Upstairs, in separate wings, are two master suites with four-poster beds. This villa also has a roof terrace and a 17 by 5 metre pool. Villa II has five en-suite bedrooms and a children's room with bunk beds for four children. The pool here measures 16 by 7 metres, and indoors there is a dining table for fourteen.

The permanent staff consists of a manager, butlers, 24-hour security and a private chef. The chef prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Alongside Western dishes, the menu includes Indonesian, Balinese, vegetarian and children's dishes. A poolside barbecue is also possible. For children, there is a cot and a high chair. Full-time babysitting costs extra. Massages and scrubs are given in the villa.
