Kuta's beach promenade, with beach huts and stalls, lies between the property and the sand. The through road, Jl. Pantai Kuta, only runs along the beach north of the hotel.

Truntum Kuta is in the heart of Kuta and was called Grand Inna Kuta until October 2023. The name refers to the truntum motif from Javanese batik, a symbol of sincere, unconditional love. The hotel has 322 rooms and suites, divided between two wings. The Bali Wing has a Balinese atmosphere and a private balcony for every room. The Beach Wing is more modern. It is home to the 27 m² Deluxe Sea View. The 85 m² Grand Suite has a separate living room and a balcony.

HQ Resto is on the beach and has an infinity pool and a swim-up bar. Warung Senggol has been open since 2015 and serves Indonesian and Asian dishes inspired by traditional warungs. The Hattrick Sport Bar has billiards and table football. The largest pool, Kelapa Pool, is in the Beach Wing. In the Bali Wing, the Sunken Pool Bar is by the pool. Truntum Spa offers Balinese-inspired treatments. Turtle Kids Land is a play area for children aged 2 to 12.
