The plot runs from the main road down to the sand. The restaurant terrace borders the beach directly, with a low edge in between and the hotel's own seating on the sand. Black sand. Room block at the back: only the Superior Sea View rooms look out over the water.

Amed Beach Resort is a resort in Amed, with views of the sea and of the Gunung Agung volcano. The Standard Twin Room measures 23 m² and the Basic Triple Room 26 m². Both rooms have a shared bathroom. The Superior Double Rooms are also 23 m² and look out over the garden or the sea. The Family Room measures 100 m² and has two large double beds. It also has air conditioning, a kitchenette with a fridge and a terrace with sea views. On the lowest floor is a room by the pool, with sea views.

Teatro Bar serves breakfast all day, including eggs Benedict, omelettes, smoothie bowls, Bircher muesli and pancakes. The resort has an outdoor pool. There are no stairs between the road and the restaurant. The resort arranges day trips as well as diving and snorkelling activities.
